The Procurement Office is responsible for enforcing the Catawba Indian Nation’s Procurement Policies and Procedures. Our goal is to provide the citizens of CIN full transparency in spending by holding our leadership accountable to the mission of the Nation. Since much of our funding comes from Federal agencies the Procurement Office ensures that any federal guidelines for procurement involved with a particular project are also followed. CIN vendors are required to complete a W-9, provide proof of valid workman’s compensation insurance, and must be licensed and bonded. It is the policy of this office that all procurement transactions will be conducted in an equitable and public manner to provide the best outcome for the Nation and its citizens.
It is the policy of this office that "All procurement transactions will be conducted in a manner providing full and open competition."
